Refund Policy

Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. Treatment planning, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation—including the purchase of rare ingredients / components that may be required in certain cases—begin immediately upon payment, regardless of whether medicines or procedures have been dispensed. Treatment plans are unique to each patient and cannot be rescinded, reused, or transferred to another individual.
